How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 3–15 business days after shipment.


How can I track my order?

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.


Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within the applicable return period.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Do I need to pay additional fees upon delivery?
