Return & Exchange Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 35 days after the item has been delivered.
Eligible Reasons
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect
- The product has quality issues
- The item has noticeable odor or significant color difference
- Return or exchange requested within the valid period
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Return Process
- Contact us with your order details and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back to the designated return address
- Wait for inspection and confirmation
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be arranged after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The item has been used or damaged after delivery
- The item is not in its original condition
- Return request is made after the allowed period
- The item is returned without prior approval

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items
